Online Training
The Competency Group can develop a customized online training program for your organization. Our training platform has a modular format that is well-suited to competency-based training. Each competency in a competency map can be given its own module. Whether you wish to implement self-directed learning programs in your workplace or use a blended approach that combines online and traditional classroom training, our online training platform can be customized to suit your needs.
The Competency Group recently developed a fully customized online training platform for the Wood Manufacturing Council. The training platform we developed was made up of self-directed learning modules. The modules consisted of sample questions, quizzes, and resources. Upon assignment submission, the learners received immediate quiz feedback.
To compliment the learner curriculum, we also developed materials for training advisors that may mentor or coach employees engaged in the training. For organizations that did not have the resources to provide an onsite coach/mentor to guide employees through the training process, the online training platform allowed learner progress to be monitored and guided remotely.
