Facilitation Services

The Competency Group has facilitated hundreds of industry stakeholder sessions in English and French for a variety of purposes such as:

• conducting competency mapping
• developing and validating occupational standards

The Competency Group’s experienced facilitators create a respectful environment conducive to a productive exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing. We lead or guide discussions in person, online, or by conference call.
